Dreaming of gardening

Thankfully, the Johnny’s gardening catalog is close by on the sofa as I’m recovering from a hacking cough and trying to stay quiet.

Cabbages and Brussels sprouts are drawing my attention, I love cole slaw- which cabbage looks the most mouth watering? I don’t pick the new kids on the page, where it’s an old favorite, tried and true?

I have lots of seeds in my collection and I’ll probably go through that to get my hands into the anticipation of spring when all mayhem breaks loose and we have everything to do at once.

I do have a little garden in my workshop that gives me joy- i have harvested two salads from it since Christmas when I gave it to myself.

One other item to say for myself before i go, my new worm farm is multiplying although not as quickly as i had projected. I started with two worms and i see the same two only they look bigger now and there are two egg cases in there (from what i can tell). I thought there would be 20 little worms by now.
